Explore all available properties on the Million Homestay website.

Each listing has detailed descriptions, photos, and weekly rates.

Decide which property, room type, and contract duration best suit you.

Click the “Send Inquiry” button on your selected accommodation page.

Fill out a short inquiry form with:

Your basic details (name, email, phone number).

Your preferred move-in date and contract duration.

After submitting your inquiry, you’ll be redirected to a detailed application form (Jotform).

Here, you must:

Upload required documents (passport/ID, student visa, COE, bank statement).

Confirm your accommodation preferences (room type, contract length).

Read and accept the Million Homestay Accommodation Agreement.

Please wait for our Admin Team to get back to you within 48 hours.

If there’s anything else needed, we’ll open a group chat with you.

You’re welcome to discuss any questions or concerns you have directly in the chat.

Once approved, you’ll receive an email with:

Booking confirmation.

Payment instructions (bank transfer only).

Payments include:

Placement Fee (AUD $200, non-refundable)

Cleaning Fee (AUD $300, one-time)

First month’s rent

Security Deposit: Please contact our Customer Service team for the exact amount and payment instructions.

Payments are made directly to Million Homestay’s bank account.

After payment is received, you’ll get a final booking confirmation and receipt.

You’ll also receive check-in instructions and everything you need for your move-in.|
