1. Introduction
Welcome to Million Homestay ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including student accommodation bookings through our platform. By submitting an inquiry or making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking our services.
2. Booking Process
2.1 Inquiry & Approval
✅All bookings are inquiry-based and require manual approval from our admin team.
✅Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a confirmed booking.
✅Once your inquiry is reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status.
✅If approved, we will send you the payment instructions to proceed.
2.2 Required Documents
Before confirming your booking, you must submit the following documents via our application form:
✔ Passport/ID
✔ Student Visa
✔ Certificate of Enrollment (COE)
✔ Bank Statement (Proof of financial ability to pay rent)
Failure to submit the required documents may result in the cancellation of your inquiry.
3. Payment Policy
3.1 Payment Method
✅All payments must be made via bank transfer only.
✅We do not accept credit card payments or instant bookings.
✅Payment details will be provided after your inquiry is approved.
3.2 Payment Deadline
✅Full payment must be made within the timeframe specified in the approval email.
✅Failure to complete payment within the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking.
3.3 Payment Confirmation
After making the bank transfer, you must email us the payment receipt for verification.
Your booking is not confirmed until we verify the payment and send you a final confirmation email.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Guest
If you wish to cancel your booking after approval but before payment, no charges apply.
Once payment is made, it is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.
4.2 Cancellation by Million Homestay
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to false information, missing documents, or failure to pay within the deadline.
If we cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide alternative accommodation options or issue a partial refund (depending on the case).

5. Accommodation Rules & Responsibilities
5.1 Guest Conduct
Guests must comply with the property’s house rules.
Any illegal activities, excessive noise, or damage to the property will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and respecting other tenants.
5.2 Shared Living Conditions
If you book a single room in a shared apartment, you must respect your roommate’s privacy and shared spaces.
Any disputes between roommates must be reported to our support team immediately.
5.3 Liability & Damages
Guests are financially responsible for any damages or losses caused to the property during their stay.
Any damages must be reported immediately to our team.

6. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
6.1 Check-In
Check-in details will be provided after full payment is received and confirmed.
Early check-in requests are subject to availability.
6.2 Check-Out & Cleaning Policy
Guests must clean the apartment before they leave.
If the property is found to be excessively dirty or requires deep cleaning beyond normal expectations, a deduction will be made from the security deposit.
No late check-out fees will be charged, but guests must vacate the apartment on time to avoid inconvenience for the next tenant.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and storage of personal data.
Your personal details will only be used for booking and verification purposes.
We do not sell or share your information with unauthorized third parties.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Million Homestay reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
